In November 2022, Henry Adams Contracting carried out the demolition of the Mawhera Incorporation-owned Greymouth Broadcasting House. This two-storey building was carefully dismantled using two 25-ton excavators and a 35-ton excavator, ensuring precise and efficient operation throughout the project. Waste removal was managed using truck and trailer units, optimising disposal and maintaining a tidy site. The demolition was completed over a two-week period, with the team adhering to strict safety protocols.
